Záznamy z kamer zpracováváme na základě našeho oprávněného zájmu na ochraně majetku a bezpečnosti osob. Přístup k živému obrazu a uloženým záznamům má pouze provozovatel ubytování.
Záznamy uchováváme po dobu nejvýše 7 dnů. Po uplynutí této doby jsou automaticky přepisovány, pokud není konkrétní záznam nezbytný pro řešení mimořádné události, škody, bezpečnostního incidentu nebo pro ochranu či uplatnění právního nároku.
Pokud je to nezbytné pro objasnění konkrétní události, může být příslušný záznam předán orgánům veřejné moci, případně dalším oprávněným subjektům v rozsahu stanoveném právními předpisy.
Rezervaci ubytování můžete provést také prostřednictvím externích rezervačních platforem, například Booking.com, Airbnb nebo jiných služeb, které pro zprostředkování ubytování využíváme.
V takovém případě mohou být vaše osobní údaje zpracovávány také provozovatelem příslušné platformy. Rozsah a podmínky tohoto zpracování se řídí pravidly ochrany osobních údajů dané platformy.
Údaje, které od těchto platforem obdržíme, dále zpracováváme pouze v rozsahu potřebném pro vyřízení rezervace, komunikaci s hostem, poskytnutí ubytování a splnění našich právních povinností.
Za ubytování lze platit způsoby, které aktuálně nabízíme, zejména bankovním převodem, platba v hotovosti je možná pouze po předchozí dohodě s provozovatelem, zejména u dodatečných služeb nebo doplatků.
Údaje související s platbou zpracováváme v rozsahu nezbytném pro přijetí a evidenci platby, vystavení účetních dokladů a splnění povinností podle právních předpisů.

The outdoor areas of the house and the car park are monitored by a CCTV system to protect property and the safety of persons.
The cameras are positioned so as to cover only the necessary extent of the outdoor areas of the house and the car park. The interior of the accommodation is not recorded. The CCTV system does not record sound.
We process the footage on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting property and the safety of persons. Only the operator of the accommodation has access to the live image and the stored recordings.
We keep the recordings for no more than 7 days. After that they are automatically overwritten, unless a specific recording is needed to deal with an extraordinary event, damage or a security incident, or to protect or establish a legal claim.
Where necessary to clarify a specific event, the relevant recording may be handed over to public authorities or other entitled bodies to the extent provided by law.
